NFA Seventh Letter to RCMP Public Complaints Commissioner – February 21 2014

Airdrie, Alberta

Mr. Ian McPhail, Q.C., Interim Chair
Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP
National Intake Office
P.O. Box 88689,
Surrey, BC VEW 0X1

Dear Mr. McPhail:

RE: HIGH RIVER GUN GRAB – COMMENTARY ON RCMP Q&A FILE # A-2013-04535 / F141

Reference is made to our six previous letters sent to you on the High River file.

Please find attached our commentary on the RCMP’s responses to twelve questions posed in the above noted Access to Information Act request.

I hope this will aid your investigators in determining the truth about the RCMP’s break-in and unwarranted search of more than 1,900 homes in High River, the seizure of hundreds of firearms and the destruction of hundreds of thousands of rounds of ammunition.

Sincerely,
