Tuesday, April 11th, 2023 – Our Federal Court Hearing Begins

Although all lobby groups have all been lumped into one proceeding, Canada’s National Firearms Association’s effort, Cassandra Parker v. the Attorney General of Canada, is first up in the Federal Court Hearings against the May 1, 2020 Liberal Order in Council firearms ban.

We urge members to go to the following link and watch the proceedings live. It is important to see and understand how the system works. These are the deciding moments when it is important for Canadian firearms owners to take notice, and know what is done and said behind closed doors. It is strictly prohibited for any person or organization to livestream the event or share their link, however, as an individual, it is your right to register and watch the proceedings from their provided feed.

These proceedings are the culmination of nearly three years of efforts by multiple groups in Canada, and although the fight is far from over – no matter the outcome, this is a major event that should be taken in by all who have a vested interest in the future rights and freedoms of Canadians.
