Political Realities – Well, that didn’t go as planned. But politics seldom does. The 2025 election was a comedy of
desperation on the part of the Liberal Party. The collapse of the NDP after their made-in-hell marriage with the
Liberals, Jettisoning Justin Trudeau, a trade war with the US and the casting of Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre as a
Trump-like populist by the mainstream media bought them a reprieve from part of the electorate. It was a small part of
the electorate, as the Liberals were once again unceremoniously handed another minority government. The fact is, this is a minority government with no mandate, living on borrowed time. The Liberals hate minority governments. With their allies in the political, media and cultural elite, they will do everything they can to create the political conditions…
